
This SOP outlines the steps to clear the storage of the Tagmarshal Mobile app and set it up for use.
1. Clear Storage of the TM Mobile App
Swipe up to access your device settings.
Navigate to Apps and Notifications.
Locate and click on the TM Mobile App.
Select Storage and Cache.
Click on Clear Storage.
2. Configure the Tagmarshal Mobile App
Allow all necessary permissions when prompted.
Choose your preferred measurement unit: Cart, Meters, or Yards.
Confirm your selection.
elect the course you wish to use.
Assign the device to the course.
3. Finalize Setup and Lock Profile
Wait for the map to load completely.
Exit the TM Mobile App and return to ScaleFusion.
Note that the profile is now locked and cannot be exited from the app.
Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to clear app storage.
Be cautious when clearing storage as it may delete saved data within the app.
Regularly clear app storage to maintain optimal performance.
Familiarize yourself with the app settings to streamline the setup process.


1. Press the course Logo and the Admin Menu at the same time as shown in the image below to open the Admin Menu
2. From the Admin menu, select Clear Data
3. You will be redirected to the next screen where you will be asked to Setup the Device. a. Select Cart for geofencing and Mobile for no geofencing as Device Type
b. Select Your preferred measuring Unit (Yards)
c. Select Confirm after setting these
4. Your Course will come up on the next screen
a. Please select it and then Assign the device
5.Map will load and your updated information will then be displayed.
