Geofences not downloading & False Geofence Breaches
PLEASE NOTE!
- Please Note* For Geofencing with Cart Stop Functionality- please only stick to 20 drawing points per Geofence.
- When drawing Geofences, please avoid overlapping (touching) fences across your course (for example Fairway Geofences overlapping with Greens Geofences)
The cart stop feature will only work if you have the cart stop unit installed in your carts
Please make sure the carts have been staged outside the cart barn for 10 - 15 minutes to download any new changes that may have been made whilst the cart was off or disconnected in the cart barn.
Also, to keep in mind when creating a geofence, it’s important to keep the number of points to a maximum of 20; fewer is even better for performance.

The reason for this is that the more data points a geofence has, the longer it takes for devices to download all the geofences, and the longer it takes for any changes to take effect which may lead to false breaches.
