Steps to Replace a Screen on a Cart

1. Disconnect the Screen

  • Remove the tape around the screen connector.

  • Unscrew the threaded connector and carefully unplug the screen cable.

2. Remove the Old Screen

  • From behind the screen, remove the four mounting bolts.

  • Take off the old screen and position the new screen onto the bracket using the same bolts.

3. Reconnect the Screen Wiring

  • Carefully reconnect the screen cable — make sure the two alignment arrows on the connectors match up.
    This is crucial to avoid damage.

  • Once connected, wrap electrical tape securely around the connector for protection.
