Clearing Storage & Resetting the Tagmarshal App (MyHome/Skyway)
Tap the circle button at the bottom of the device to unlock the screen.
Tap the space below the on-screen instructions and enter the PIN: 6745.
Open the device Settings.
Select Apps & notifications.
Locate and tap on the Tagmarshal app from the list.
Open Storage & cache.
Tap on Clear storage, and then press OK on the pop-up to confirm.
Tap the circle icon at the bottom of the screen to reopen the Tagmarshal app.
Note: If the Tagmarshal app does not open automatically, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and tap on the MyHome app instead.
Allow all permission pop-ups once the app begins to load.
On the device setup page, select Cart as the vehicle type and choose your preferred distance measurement (Yards or Meters).
Wait a moment for the system to process; the app should automatically assign your course and successfully load the map.
