2 Way Screen - Network troubleshooting steps, host error message, Geofence outline with no map, device not synchronizing, device synchronizing issues, synchronizing error
The steps below are to ensure your screen is correctly configured for network connectivity.
The common issues that this resolves are the following:
- Unable to resolve host error message.
- Only seeing the geofence outlines with no map.
- Device is Synchronizing.
Network Settings:
Press the middle button at the bottom of the screen three times to exit the current app(Password:6745).
Go to Settings.
Navigate to Network & Internet.
Select Mobile Network: (If the mobile network is unavailable, please swap SIMs with a working cart as the SIM itself might be faulty)
Tap on Advanced, then scroll down and select Access Point Names (APN).
Check the current APN setting:
Once saved, press the middle button again to return to the home screen and reopen the MyHome app.
