How to Exit the Tagmarshal App
On Tagmarshal devices, we use a device manager to lock the device to the Tagmarshal app (myhome). Exiting the app allows access to settings for troubleshooting or administrative tasks.
Steps to Exit the App
- Tap the circle icon (home button) three times.
- Tap on the space highlighted below and enter your PIN 6745 when prompted.
- The Tagmarshal Dashboard will appear. From here, you can access Settings or perform troubleshooting tasks.
Use Cases
Exiting the app is required when:
- Checking network connectivity
- Verifying GPS location
- Inspecting SIM cards
- Viewing or validating IMEI numbers
- Only authorized personnel with the PIN should perform these steps.
- Ensure the device is securely returned to the Tagmarshal app after troubleshooting.
