Creating an Image Advertisement on your 2Way Device

1. Select Advertisement Type 

• Navigate to the advertisement type section.

• Click on 'image' to change the advertisement type.

2. Download Template 

• Click on the 'download template' button to obtain the advertisement template.

3. Format Image to Dimensions 

• Format your image according to the specified dimensions in the downloaded template.

4. Upload Image 

• Use the 'add image' button to upload your formatted image.

5. Set Advertisement Name 

• Name your advertisement (e.g., 'image'). Ensure it is set as an image.

6. Choose Device Type 

• Select the appropriate device type for display:

  • 5 inch handheld two-way

  • 8 inch two-way screen

  • 10 inch two-way screen

  • Both options if applicable.
    

7. Specify Display Location 

• Choose the location for the advertisement display (e.g., 'whole eight green').

8. Set Display Duration 

• Drag and drop or type the duration (in seconds) for which the image will be displayed (e.g., 60 seconds).

9. Define Active Days and Times 

• Select the days of the week for the advertisement to be active (e.g., Thursday to Sunday).

• Choose specific times for display.

10. Link to Menu (if applicable) 

• If the advertisement is for food and beverage, ensure the link to the menu is activated.

11. Set Exit Options 

• Decide if players can exit the advertisement:

  • If enabled, they must view it for the full duration.

  • If disabled, they can exit early.

12. Toggle Sound Settings 

• Set sound to 'on' or 'off' based on the urgency of the advertisement.

13. Finalize Image Upload 

• After formatting, save the image as JPEG or PNG.

• Upload the image into the system.

14. Save Advertisement 

• Click 'save' to finalize the advertisement.

15. Review Advertisements 

• Check the main page to ensure the advertisement appears correctly.

Cautionary Notes

• Ensure the image dimensions match the template to avoid display issues.

• Double-check the active days and times set to ensure the advertisement runs as intended.

• Use consistent naming conventions for advertisements to streamline management.
