If your 2Way screen does not power on or remains blank, it may be due to insufficient cart voltage. 2Way devices require a 12V power supply to operate.
Please ensure your cart meets this requirement (for example, Club Car, EZGO, or Yamaha 12V models).
If you’re unsure about your cart’s voltage, check the manufacturer’s specifications or test it with a voltmeter to confirm.
Gas-powered carts are typically fitted with voltage converters. These converters regulate the cart’s power supply and provide the stable 12V output required for the 2Way device to function correctly.

  1. Clarifying Questions: please submit these observations on your Screen issues (if any) in your support ticket so we can help you as quickly as possible

    • What exactly is visible on the screen (if anything)?

      • If possible, please provide a short video of the issue occurring.

    • Is the blue power button  light located on the right ON or OFF when the screen goes blank?

    • Does the device reboot while driving, or does the screen simply remain blank?

    • Is the screen powered on but only showing a black map display?

    • Are other UI elements still visible (e.g., geofences, range indicator, menu, etc.)?

    • After a reboot or power cycle, does the map reload correctly?

    • How many screens are affected, and can you confirm which specific screens?
