2Way Screens - How to Locate an IMEI number
For the 2-way screens, the IMEI is located at the back of the screen, near the top, on a white label.
If the number isn't legible or the label has fallen off, please follow the steps below:
- Press the middle button at the bottom of the screen 3 times.
- Enter the password: 6745.
- Go to Settings and scroll down to the bottom.
- Select About Device.
- Once there, please take a clear picture of the screen showing the information.
