2 Way Food and Beverage: Creating and Managing Menu Items

Creating and managing Menu Items for your course, including adding descriptions, setting prices, assigning groups, and applying modifiers.

Make sure you have:

  • Groups created (e.g., Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).

  • Modifiers set up (e.g., Heat Level, Extras, Doneness) - Please note: Setting up modifiers is an important prerequisite for the Food & Beverage Module to work Properly

Tips:

  • Groups help organize menu items.

  • Modifiers allow customization (for example, add toppings or select cooking preferences).

 Access the Menu Items Page

  1. Navigate to the Items section.

  2. You’ll see a list of existing items (if any).

    • New accounts will start with a blank list.

    • Each item shows:

      • Name of the item

      • Group it belongs to

      • Price (without modifiers)

      • Description

      • Status Toggle (Active/Inactive)

Use the toggle to quickly make an item available or unavailable to golfers.
