Create and Manage Groups for Food & Beverage Menu Items
1. Understanding Menu Groups
Groups categorize menu items based on availability (e.g., breakfast, lunch, drinks).
Each group can be customized for specific times and days of the week.
2. Customizing Group Availability
Access the group settings to customize availability.
Set specific times for each group (e.g., breakfast from 6 AM to 11 AM).
Define the days of the week when the group is active.
3. Creating a New food & beverage Group
Click the 'Create New Group' button.
Name the group (e.g., Happy Hour).
Set the start and end times (e.g., 3 PM to 6 PM).
Specify the days of the week the group is available (e.g., Thursday to Sunday).
4. Duplicating a food & beverage Group
To create a similar group, select the 'Duplicate' option for an existing group.
Adjust the days and times as needed (e.g., set a new happy hour for Monday to Wednesday from 4 PM to 7 PM).
5. Save Changes
After making adjustments, click 'Save' to apply changes.
Ensure that the new group is displayed correctly in the system.
