1. Understanding Menu Groups

  • Groups help categorize your menu items. Some examples include: Breakfast, Lunch, Happy Hour, Beer, Liquor, Non-Alcoholic Drinks.

  • Each group can be customized to be available for purchase specific times and/or days of the week.

2. Customizing Group Availability

  • Access the group settings to customize availability by clicking on the Tagmarshal Icon and then proceeding to "F&B" - "Edit Menu"

  • From there, you should see your created groups. Click "Edit" to edit or change the availability of this grouping and the items that will be under this grouping.

3. Creating A New Food & Beverage Group

  1. Access the F&B module by clicking on the Tagmarshal Icon and then proceeding to "F&B" - "Edit Menu"
  • Toggle to the "Groups" tab and then click the 'Create New Group' button.

  • Proceed to name the group such as: "Happy Hour".

  • Set the start and end times for this group and when the items under this grouping will be available (example: 2:00 PM-6:00 PM).

  • Specify the days of the week the group and the items will be available for purchase (e.g., Friday-Sunday).

  • Once created, you can drag the groups to be in the order you want them to display on your 2-Way Screens (top to bottom will show from left to right on the screens).

4. Duplicating A Food & Beverage Group

  • To create a similar group, select the 'Duplicate' option for an existing group already created.

  • Adjust the days and times as needed

5. Save Changes

  • After making any adjustments, click 'Save' to apply these changes.

  • Ensure that the new group is displayed correctly in the system by going to your 2-Way Screens and clicking on F&B from the hamburger menu.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure that the times set for groups do not overlap to avoid confusion.

  • Double-check that the days of the week are accurate to ensure accuracy in item availability.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Regularly review group settings to ensure they align with your kitchen's operational hours.

  • Use the duplicate feature to save time when creating similar groups.
