Accessing the Food and Beverage Module
Click on the Tagmarshal icon on your device.
Scroll down to the Food and Beverage icon to access the Module
Viewing Current and Completed Orders
Filter orders by date (e.g., January 2025).
Review the list of orders, including:
Tag number of the order.
Items submitted in the order.
Special instructions for each order.
Order Details
Check the following details for each order:
Player who submitted the order (if T-sheet integration is available).
Submission time and location.
Number of items in the order.
Total amount for the order.
Marking Orders as Complete
Once an order is fulfilled, mark it as complete:
Click the action button to mark the order as complete.
The order will then be moved to the completed orders section.
Viewing Completed Orders
Toggle the option to show complete orders to view all completed orders processed by the food and beverage staff.
Customizing Order View
Adjust the order view to see:
Orders from today, yesterday, last 7 days, or last 30 days.
Custom date ranges as needed.
Cautionary Notes
Ensure all orders are marked as complete to maintain accurate records.
Double-check the total amounts against the system to avoid discrepancies.
Tips for Efficiency
Familiarize yourself with the filtering options to quickly access specific orders.
Regularly check for completed orders to keep the order list manageable.
