Use Marshal or Staff modes to allow vehicles (Marshals, Superintendents, or F&B) to navigate the course without triggering rounds, tracking pace data, or activating geofence alerts. Please note, when enabling this/ staff cart mode, pace data is not recorded, however the live/ historical location data is recorded and can be viewed in the track map. If you want to remove any tracking whatsoever, disable the device from your cart or remove the tag.
When a cart is assigned to a staff-related tag:
No Round Tracking: Prevents the cart from starting a "round" in the system.
Geofence Immunity: Automatically disables all geofence alerts
Visual Identification: Changes the icon to a staff-specific visual on the map.
Oversight: Movement is still tracked and recorded without affecting player pace data.
Follow these steps to change a cart's status:
Navigate to Devices: Open the Hardware Manager module and click on Devices.
Locate the Cart: Find the specific cart you wish to modify (e.g., Cart 7).
Assign the Tag: Under the Assignment tab, click the Player Tag dropdown and select one of the following:
Marshal Tag
Superintendent Tag
Food and Beverage Tag
Note: All three options provide the same geofence and round immunity.
Verify on Dashboard: Click the Tagmarshal logo to open the main menu, select Courses, and return to your Dashboard to see the updated staff icon.
Today’s Path: Click the staff tag on the live map to view the Track Map for the current day.
Historical Tracking: 1. Click the Calendar icon (top right). 2. Select the specific date. 3. Press Play and Apply to visualize the path taken on that day.
To resume standard tracking and pace data:
Navigate back to Hardware Manager > Devices.
Locate the cart and change the assignment dropdown back to Player Mode.
Confirm the change on the map; the cart should return to its standard number/tag icon.
