How to Assign Tags to a Tee Time

Assigning Tags and Carts to Tee Times

The Starter Module is the primary interface for syncing physical GPS hardware (tags or carts) with your tee sheet. Proper assignment ensures that the live map accurately loads players or groups at specific locations on the course.

Step 1: Access the Tee Times Module

  • First Navigate to the Starter Icon on your Tagmarshal dashboard.

  • then, select the Tee Times module to view the daily schedule.

Step 2: Locate and Select the Tee Time

  • Scroll through the list to find the specific time you wish to assign (e.g., the 8:20 AM group).

  • Click the Add Tags button next to the desired time slot.

Step 3: Assign Hardware (Tags or Cart Numbers)

  • A list of available hardware will appear.

  • Select the Cart Number or Tag Number that is physically being used by that group.

  • You can select multiple tags if a group is using more than one (e.g., two carts for a foursome).

  • Click Assign Selected Tags to save.

  • Note: Allow a brief moment for the system to process and populate the data on the live map.

Step 4: Integration and Player Data

  • If your course uses a Tee Sheet Integration, the player names and associated reservation data will automatically populate for that tee time.

  • This data is stored in Player Profiles, allowing you to track individual pace history and player behavior over time.
