How to Use the Round Report

The Round Report provides a detailed overview of all tracked rounds—whether by cart or walker—helping you analyze pace, performance, and player data over selected timeframes.

Accessing the Round Report

  1. Click the Tagmarshal logo at the top left of your dashboard.
  2. Go to the Management header.
  3. Select Round Report from the dropdown menu.

Viewing Round Data

Each tracked round is recorded in the Round Report and includes:

  • Tag or Cart Number
  • Date the round was tracked
  • Start Time
  • Round Type (9 or 18 holes)
  • Cart Role (Primary or Secondary)
  • Pace Status (On Pace, Delayed, or Slow)
  • Actual Round Time

You can also click View to open the Track Map for any specific round (covered in a separate article).

Filtering and Sorting Your Data

You can customize how your report displays data:

  1. Select a Date Range:
Choose from pre-set options such as:

    • Today
    • Yesterday
    • Last 7 Days
    • Last 30 Days
    • This Month
    • Last Month

Once selected, click Apply to refresh the results.

  2. Adjust Results per Page:
By default, the report shows 10 rounds per page.
You can increase this to display up to 100 rounds on one page.

  3. Sort Rounds by Date:
Change the order to view rounds from most recent to earliest or vice versa.

  4. Use the Search Bar:
Enter specific data points (e.g., cart number) to quickly find rounds or review usage frequency over time.

Additional Features

  • Usage Insights: Identify how often specific carts were used within a week or month.
  • Player Data: View player names if your system is integrated with a T-sheet or if names were manually entered.
  • Exporting Data: Export your filtered round data as a CSV file to share with management, committees, or ownership groups.
