The Profile Management module allows you to manage your personal details, control how and when you receive notifications, and configure automated reporting within the Tagmarshal system.

Configuring PACE report emails and viewing SMS/call credits
Log in to your Tagmarshal Dashboard.
Navigate to the top-right corner of the screen.
Click Settings to open the Profile Management module.
The User Details tab is the first page you’ll see in Profile Settings.
You can update the following information:
First Name
Last Name
Username (used for login)
Email Address
Phone Number (select the correct country code before entering)
Note:
Your username is used to log in.
Your first and last name appear on reports and user activity throughout the Tagmarshal system.
If you have administrator permissions, you can also adjust your user role.
Roles determine which modules and features a user can access.
Example:
A Food & Beverage role has access to the F&B ordering screen.
This role does not automatically include access to Marshal Interactions reporting.
Use the Change Password link at the bottom of the User Details section.
Click inside any field to make changes.
Select Save.
A confirmation message will appear indicating the update was successful.
Navigate to the Notifications tab to control how you receive alerts from Tagmarshal.
Use the toggle on the left to turn a notification type on or off.
If toggled off, you will not receive notifications for that event.
This notification triggers when a device sends a message to the dashboard.
You can choose how you want to be notified:
Dashboard notification (on your PC)
Sound alert
SMS (text message)
Phone call
You may enable multiple notification methods or disable specific ones depending on your workflow.
On the right-hand side of the Notifications tab, you can define when notifications should be active.
Toggle individual days on or off.
Notifications will only be sent on active days.
Set your start and end times to match your working hours.
Notifications outside these hours will not be sent.
Click Save to apply changes.
The updated alert type, active days, and time range will display for confirmation.
At the bottom of the Notifications page, you’ll find reporting and credit information.
You can choose to receive:
Daily PACE Report
Weekly PACE Report
These reports are delivered via email and help monitor on-course pace performance.
View the remaining text and call credits for the current month.
If you’re not receiving SMS or call notifications, check that:
Credits have not expired
You still have available balance
