This guide outlines the steps to effectively use alerts, messages, and notifications, enabling improved communication and interaction tracking.
Alerts are categorized into:
Notifications (red icon): Includes geofence breaches, interaction records, problem groups, and more.
Messages (blue icon): Includes system notifications and requests for support or orders.
Click the red or blue icon in the top-right corner to access a drop-down menu.
Manage alerts directly from the drop-down:
Reply to messages
Dismiss notifications
View round
Click View Wall to see all alerts.
Displayed information may include:
Tag number
Type of notification/message
Message details
Timestamp of the message
Position on the golf course
Staff member's name or initials
Click View Round to access the Track Map for the round.
If the round is active, the Tag Sidebar will appear for further details.
Click Dismiss at the bottom to clear all current notifications.
Note: Dismissing notifications cannot be undone, so proceed with caution.
Click Details to view specifics of an interaction for easy reference.
On the Messages and Notifications page, you can:
Download reports in CSV format
Select specific periods for viewing or downloading data
Search for specific data using menu options
Refer to detailed PDFs for an in-depth understanding of the system.
Regularly check for new notifications to stay updated on interactions and alerts.
Be cautious when dismissing notifications; this action is irreversible.
Familiarize yourself with the icons and their meanings to quickly identify alerts.
Use the search function to locate specific interactions or messages efficiently.
Regularly download reports to maintain a record of interactions for future reference.
