The Dashboard Widgets feature allow you to personalize your Live Map view with real-time operational insights. Widgets display key information such as goal tracking, time schedules, and daily course data — helping you monitor performance at a glance.
- Team performance against daily goals
- Group pace and schedule status
- Overall course activity and timing
These widgets are profile-specific, meaning your chosen layout will remain the same each time you log in.
- Click on the gear or profile icon in your dashboard.
- Select the widgets you’d like to display.
- Drag and drop the widget icons onto your map.
- Click Save Changes to keep your layout preferences.
Your selected widgets will now appear each time you access your dashboard.
Displays how your operation is performing against the goals set using the Goal Setting Module.
Metrics shown:
- Rounds on Pace: Total groups playing at or better than the goal time.
- Rounds Problem: Groups currently delayed or behind pace.
- Problem Groups Addressed: Shows how many delayed groups have been assisted or engaged.
- Intervention Success: Tracks interventions where staff logged an interaction with a delayed group.
- Assignment Accuracy: Measures how accurately your starter assigned tags to groups for the day.
Provides an overview of live pace timing and gaps between groups.
Columns include:
- Tag: The tag assigned to each group.
- Through Hole: The last completed hole for that group.
- Schedule: The projected finish time for each group.
- +/- Schedule: How far ahead or behind schedule the group is (positive = ahead, negative = behind).
- +/- Previous: The time gap between this group and the one ahead.
This widget helps identify spacing issues, potential bottlenecks, and pace trends across the course.
Displays overall course-level timing insights and group activity data.
Data shown:
- Goal Time: Average goal time for all active groups on the course. When no groups are active, it shows your default goal time.
- Daily Average: The projected average round time for all active groups (set to zero if no groups are active).
Color Indicators:
- Red: Slower than goal time.
- Green: Faster than goal time.
- Groups in Play: Total number of active groups (always shown in blue and fully extended).
- On Pace: Displays the number of groups currently meeting pace goals and adjusts dynamically throughout the day.
To remove a widget:
- Click the “X” on the widget you wish to remove.
- The widget will immediately disappear from your map.
- You can re-add it at any time via the profile icon.
Tips for Efficient Use
- Position the most important widgets (like Goals or Time Schedule) near frequently viewed map areas for quick reference.
- Regularly review your Goals Widget to track operational performance throughout the day.
- Use the Time Schedule Widget to anticipate and address pace issues before they impact other groups.
- Keep your dashboard uncluttered by removing widgets you don’t actively use.
Dashboard widgets provide a customizable, at-a-glance view of your course’s operational performance.
By setting up and managing widgets strategically, you can monitor pace, assignments, and player flow efficiently — ensuring smooth daily operations and improved player experiences.
