The Sidebar is a powerful all in one feature that allows you oversight to monitor group pace, log interactions, and manage player assignments in real time during a round. Follow these steps to use it effectively.
- Click on any player tag on your map to open the sidebar on the right side of the screen.
- The static header displays the group’s pace for each hole played.
- The pace wheel indicator shows the group’s current pace status (Red = Slow, Orange = Delayed, Magenta = Delayer, or Green = On / Ahead of pace).
4. Analyze Hole Times
- Green indicates the group is on-pace or ahead of pace for that hole.
- Red indicates an off-pace or a slower pace than provided for that hole.

- Click Interaction to open a text field.
- Type a description of the event and save the note for reference during or after the round.
7. Assign Players To Tee Times
- For unassigned tags, cycle to the correct tee time for the unassigned tag and then click the "Assign Tag" button to allocate that specific player or players to that specific tee time.
- If your course uses a tee sheet integration, you can also confirm that your tags are being automatically assigned.
8. Manage Round Controls
Use round controls to:
- Adjust start times
- End rounds for quick cart reuse or in emergencies.
9. Adjust Starting Time for Inactive Carts
- For inactive carts, use Round Control to manually adjust the starting time and hole.
At the bottom of the sidebar, view device details including:
- Last communication time
- Battery percentage
- GPS fix locations
- Click the Settings icon to rearrange or hide sidebar modules.
- Drag and drop key information to the top for faster access.
Notes
- Log all interactions promptly to maintain accurate round records.
- Double-check player assignments to avoid confusion during play.
- Regularly monitor the pace wheel to proactively manage group pace and prevent delays.
