How to Access the Fixes Page & Update Firmware
Step 2: Tap and Hold the Target Area You will need to press and hold down on a very specific, hidden area of the screen to access the next menu.
Note: If you tap slightly outside of the correct target area, the app may prompt you for a username and password. If this happens, simply tap anywhere outside of the prompt box (or use the back arrow at the bottom of your screen) to close it, and try tapping and holding the target area again.
Step 3: Open the Fixes Page If you tapped the correct area, a black screen will pop up displaying a list of values. This is the Fixes Page.
Step 4: Update the Firmware From this black screen, locate and tap on "Firmware Update" to begin the update process.
