Tag Troubleshooting - Tags not connecting

If your tag is not connecting, tracking or showing inactive, please follow these steps:

  1. Charge the device

    • Ensure the tag is placed on a 1-to-1 charger overnight instead of the multicharger for a full charge.

  2. Reconnect the device

    • Take the tag outside to an open area with a clear view of the sky (for example, the practice green or first tee).

    • Leave it there for at least 15 minutes to allow it to reconnect.

    • Giving the device a gentle shake may also help speed up the process.

  3. If the device still doesn’t reconnect

    • Observe the LED lights on the device.

    • Take note of which lights are flashing (or solid) as this information is essential for troubleshooting.

    • Report these details to the support team for further assistance.
