Tag Troubleshooting - Tags not connecting
If your tag is not connecting, tracking or showing inactive, please follow these steps:
Charge the device
Reconnect the device

Take the tag outside to an open area with a clear view of the sky (for example, the practice green or first tee).

Leave it there for at least 15 minutes to allow it to reconnect.

Giving the device a gentle shake may also help speed up the process.
If the device still doesn’t reconnect

Observe the LED lights on the device.

Take note of which lights are flashing (or solid) as this information is essential for troubleshooting.

Report these details to the support team for further assistance.
